Temporary crowns, also known as provisional crowns
When choosing crowns to create a beautiful smile, the gums play a significant role. Temporary crowns, also known as provisional crowns, are made of plastic and can play an important role in shaping and restoring the gums. It is therefore important that they are well-formed. The dentist assesses the situation and prepares (grinds) the teeth if necessary. Then the dentist takes dental impressions and sends them to us (the dental laboratory). The patient comes to the laboratory where we take professional digital mouth photos and perform a detailed color analysis, or the dentist analyzes the color themselves. Based on this information, we craft artisanal temporary (provisional) crowns.
